Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Processing Times

We hand-pour and package every order in small batches right here in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be carefully processed and prepared for shipping. During peak seasonal times, processing may take a little longer as we ensure every bar meets our standards.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your handcrafted products reach you safely. Please note that while we work to get your order to you quickly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is with the carrier.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office or picked up by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our studio to your home.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging our soaps to withstand the journey, we understand that transit issues can occur. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may ask for photos of damaged items to help us improve our process and better assist you.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of handcrafted soap and skincare, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items once they have been shipped. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, however, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out so we can discuss the best way to make it right.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged item and need an exchange for the same product, please send us an email at hello@magnoliasoft.com within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items, promotional gifts, gift cards, and custom-ordered small batches are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once we have begun the packaging process for your batch, we are unable to cancel the order or modify shipping details.
